Excel and Windows, as well as other applications, have mailing lists hosted by LSoft. Search the catalist for mailing lists of interest, including Excel-G & Excel-L. For all versions of Windows, with focus on Home and SOHO users, try Win-Home. This replaces the following lists, whose archives are still available:
Windows 98 - Win98-L list
Windows 95 - Win95-L list

Newsgroups, for peer support of Microsoft programs can found at news://msnews.microsoft.com. These groups are replicated in a web interface at Microsoft Communities.
