Would anyone fall for this phishing email?

I got the following phishing email today. The first giveaway that it was not legit was in the first line... plus the message was formatted with ugly green text. ™From Microsoft windows lives corporation™ (TM marks?!?!) ? Hear by? Severe user? Every account user most get back to us?

We hear by inform you that we are updating our account because we have been inform by our severe user that they are having problem accessing there account and we are taking maximum security to update all our account user Hotmail MSN Windows live, and every account user most get back to us with the below information, any user that refused not to back to us with the information below the account we be shutdown in 24hours.
NAME?
USERNAME?
PASSWORD?
DATE OF BIRTH?
COUNTRY?
ALTERNATIVE EMAIL?
ALTERNATIVE PASSWORD?
